Process:

This 500 tph coal handling system was designed to replace the existing truck hauling system which hauled the coal from a storage area to a bunker feed system for two separate boiler units. The new conveying system now transports the coal 1300' from Weston Boiler Unit #3 to the Weston Boiler Units #1 & #2 eliminating the need for the expensive trucking system. The 72" wide feeder conveyor meters the coal from a 50 ton storage hopper (supplied by FEECO) to an existing conveyor system.
